Hello

My name is Matthew Kelly. I am a percussionist who is passionate about not only the drums, but watching/ helping people grow to be their best selves. Being born into a family that is heavily involved in child care and education has tough me the importance of educators, especially in todays world.

I've been drumming for over 10 years and have been involved in childcare my whole life. I have years of experience in marching percussion, touring the country with my band Mechanical Canine, studying/ playing jazz at various jam sessions around the city (such ass Time Bar and Chris's Jazz Caffe to name a few). I have been working in various schools, daycares, and summer camps as a general class aid and as a lead teacher. I am currently in the process of applying to colleges to study Jazz drum set performance.
